Tim Liu

I focus on helping startups as well as the corporate digital transformation(DX) from a government-level height, including connecting early startups with enterprises (for DX and AI pilots), investors, and resources/partners to go global.

My previous startup experience is dedicated to AI medical devices fields (Psychiatry/General Surgery/Medical Images). Before my start-up adventure, I have 10 years of IT industry work experience and 3 years in the vehicle industry, I have been responsible for product & project manager, marketing, and sales product management. As a serial entrepreneur, in the past 5 years, I’ve seen startups and small businesses from multiple views. I’ve had good years and bad years: our team had delivered successful projects with more than 30 hospitals in Taiwan, however, we also experienced the hard decision to pivot even if we developed the product more than 1 year.
